Tips:
If drugs are selected, genes targeted by those drugs will be automatically added to the cart.
Hub genes will be calculated and can be downloaded if an effective network is built.
You should not pick more than 1,000 nodes in case of website crash.
You can select genes and drugs after clicking the "+" button below. Only human genes are available for network construction.
You can shut down nodes that you are not interested in by clicking the legends on the right top, for example, the "CHD" node, which can sometimes obscure the hierarchical structure.
