Welcome to SpaceNet, a pathology-guided spatial network analysis framework for multimodal disease research. By integrating imaging biomarkers with single-cell and spatial transcriptomic data, SpaceNet enables the exploration of disease-associated spatial gene expression patterns and molecular interaction networks.

We hope SpaceNet provides a practical and intuitive platform for investigating complex disease microenvironments and advancing multimodal biomedical studies!

This web interface provides an interactive environment for spatial transcriptomics (SRT) data exploration and region of interest (ROI) selection.

On the Home page, users are required to upload the necessary input files.

For the ST data section, please upload a CSV file containing three columns: barcode, imagerow, and imagecol. The file should not include a header row. An example format is shown below:

In the Images section, upload a PNG image corresponding to the tissue section. Tohe image size is recommended to be smaller than 1 MB.

After all required files are uploaded, click the Submit to proceed to the Images page. Following the instructions provided in the Tips, drag and adjust the image to align the SRT detection region with the image. Then, users can select spots of interest. Finally, click Confirm Section to download the corresponding barcodes.
